Common Area

The HOA is responsible for common area repairs, so request action by submitting a work order using the link below.

Exclusive Use

Exclusive use property area repairs depend on the situation. Please call property management to find more information on specific situations.

Architectural Guidelines

When considering architectural changes to your unit, there are processes in place to protect you as an owner, ensure your neighbors are shown the courtesy they deserve, and maintain the overall quality of Villa Taviana. The association has made the approval process for your architectural projects very efficient and inexpensive.
